of Town Patients
You will
need to have pre-op testing completed approximately 2-3 weeks before
surgery and faxed to our office, 405-419-5471. You will also need to see
your family doctor for a pre-operative evaluation before coming to OKC
for your surgery. Make sure to bring your medications with you. After
your surgery, we need to see you in our office six weeks and then six
months after your surgery for follow-up appointments.

vary from case to case. The average surgeon fee varies from $7,000 to
$11,000. This may be higher or lower based on insurance plans and
location. Facility fees vary based on location and insurance plans.
